We are aware that signers are being contacted by members of Democrat organizations encouraging people to pull their signatures from the petition to get the North Carolina Green Party on the ballot. If contacted about your signature, whether via phone, text, email, or in-person, please document and send to petition@ncgreenparty.orgUNBELIEVABLE: PLEASE FORWARD EVERYWHERE! People are receiving this text from 919-300-8905 The Democrat wing of the duopoly are mad that NC Green Party collected over 22,000 signatures to get on the ballot! Instead of fighting to guarantee working families Healthcare for All, living wages and debt cancellation, Democratic Party operatives are robo spam calling and texting thousands who signed our petition asking them to remove their signatures! HOW LOW CAN THEY GO? The Wall Street parties are COWARDS because they know they cannot offer anything substantive and want to silence anyone who does. ... See MoreSee Less

We are officially one week from the next Raleigh city council meeting. Interested in how to speak and have your concerns heard? You can submit your request to speak here: raleighnc.gov/petition-address-city-councilAs of right now, you are required to sign up by 5:00 p.m. the Monday before the meeting. This can change, so be sure to check the deadline frequently! The city council evening session takes place at 7:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month in the Raleigh Municipal Building (228 W Hargett St). You can see other times that the council meets here: raleighnc.gov/eventsSpeakers are often limited in their time. Generally, you will receive an email a couple of hours before the meeting to let you know how much time you will have. For public hearings, you can sign up here:raleighnc.gov/public-hearings-city-councilYou are allowed to sign up for each hearing item as either "supportive" or "opposed." Each hearing side gets 8 minutes to speak. You can always sign up for the hearing to indicate your position and have a representative speak for you, or break down the 8 minutes among a group.Members of our campaign collective do our best to attend every evening session at the beginning of the month. We want to hear what the people of Raleigh have to say. We look forward to meeting new people every month, and we hope to see you there! Feel free to message us or comment if you have any more questions about how to sign up for public comment, potential topics, and learn more about the structure of Raleigh city council meetings.#bradley4raleigh #ralpol ... We believe in bodily autonomy. Today's ruling will not stop what we already know: people deserve access to healthcare and we must fight at all levels to protect the right to receive an abortion. If you are wondering how you can support people seeking abortion healthcare, you can donate to the Carolina Abortion Fund. They do on the ground work to get people connected with care providers, organize transport, and provide support: www.carolinaabortionfund.org/donateOrganizers and reproductive justice activists will be gathering today in downtown Raleigh. Join them at Bicentennial Plaza at 5:30 p.m.Bring plenty of water, a sign, and some friends. Check in with each other, and make it known that abortion is healthcare! ... See MoreSee Less

After today's budget meeting and the passing of the FY2023 budget, we want to say that acknowledging community concerns is not enough. If funding is not reallocated to meet the needs of city workers who have demanded $22/hr, then we are not supporting the people who make this city run.Additionally, we support the efforts of Refund Raleigh Freedom Committee and city workers and condemn any claims that their work is "inappropriate." These are activists who are speaking out against police brutality and the need to reinvest funding into our community.#ralpol #refundraleigh #bradley4raleigh ... See MoreSee Less
